Front Office

The Lokha Ubud is currently seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Daily Worker.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest communications.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reservations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Service is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Familiar with hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
  • Currently based in Bali or willing to work in Ubud, Bali.
