The Lokha Ubud is currently seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Daily Worker.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest communications.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Service is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiar with hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
- Currently based in Bali or willing to work in Ubud, Bali.
